A lot of forums do this, and I think it makes it more appealing to members to show them all our cool areas upfront. I also think the impact of unlocking levels will be much cooler if you see all these new boards with new, vivid imagery.

Forumotion doesn't have the best implementation of this, but I did my best. What do you guys think of them? Should we keep them?

If it ends up passing, by the way, people who don't like it could block the board images with an adblocker.

They look so cool! :o but on my computer it really squishes the words up http://prntscr.com/f3gsp2

It might just be my computer/browser, but would it be possible to make them a tad smaller maybe? Feel free to say nah because I'm sure it's just my computer being stupid cx

It seems like some computers display them better than others. I mean, I've already shrunk them a few times and shrinking them further would mean more text under the image. ;;

It definitely looks good on my screen, but I understand it may not look as great on lower-res browsers. Which kinda sucks, forumotion really hasn't integrated this well.
